3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payments are due at the start of each subscription term, including both the Initial Term and any Renewal Terms. 3.2 Subscribing with a monthly payment plan is offered as a courtesy by CloseCustomers.com. However, by opting for this plan, you acknowledge and agree that the contract length remains a minimum of one (1) year. 3.3 You authorize CloseCustomers.com to charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee on or before the renewal date. 3.4 Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of your services.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current term. 4.2 Cancellations received after this period will result in automatic renewal for the following term. 4.3 Early termination of the Initial Term will not result in a refund for unused months.

5.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with prior notice. 5.2 Any changes to the service that materially affect your subscription will be communicated via email or through our website.
6. Customer Responsibilities

7. Liability and Disclaimer
7.1 CloseCustomers.com will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 7.2 While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that access to your website will always be error-free or without downtime.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Idaho, USA. 8.2 You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against CloseCustomers.com.
